This notice explains how Kamrul Hasan, operating under the FinMandate name, handles information submitted through this website’s enquiry form.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, email address, optional company name, selected service and message to understand and respond to your enquiry. Submission creates a reference and timestamp. Please do not submit bank details, identity documents or confidential financial records.

Where your information goes

Enquiries are stored using the website’s hosting infrastructure, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare D1. Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted to the FinMandate owner. If email alerts are enabled, the delivery provider receives a service category and enquiry reference, rather than your full message. Hosting and delivery providers may process information outside your country.

Booking a discussion

If you choose to book an appointment, the website opens Google Calendar. Information you enter on that booking page is handled through Google’s booking service to arrange the meeting. Please review the booking page before submitting your details.

Enquiries, not marketing subscriptions

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We use the details you provide to discuss your request. Information is not automatically sent to lenders; any next steps involving your information are discussed with you first.

Spam protection and retention

Short-lived form tokens and hashed request identifiers help prevent automated abuse. These technical records expire and are removed during routine form requests. Enquiry records are retained for handling and follow-up, then reviewed for removal when no longer needed. A client engagement may require a separate information-handling arrangement.
